February 9, 2018, Bo Di Corporation announced that it will launch a flagship high-end market M.2 SSD - Viper SSD.
According to the information disclosed by the company, the SSD adopts the group E12 master, complies with the NVMe1.3 standard, supports the ECC error correction algorithm, and the data transmission channel adopts the latest PCIe 3.0 x4 mode.
The storage particles are Toshiba 64-layer BICS 3D NAND flash memory, with 240GB ~ 2 TB capacity. Viper continuous read and write speeds of 3200 / 3000MB / s, 4K random read and write IOPS are 600K.
Officials said Viper will be listed soon, but did not disclose the specific product launch date and price.
