At the end of August 2016, we were fortunate to be the only network media company in Greater China. We had the privilege of visiting AMD headquarters in Sunnyvale and the last media company to visit this headquarters. As AMD prepares to move, headquarters and R & D center will move to California Santa Clara, the heart of Silicon Valley.
AMD has nearly half a century of headquarters in Sunnyvale, California (another headquarters in Austin, Texas) since 1969. In 1995, AMD sold the headquarters building to Credit Suisse for $ 95 million Carey, then rent back, the landlord becomes a boarder.

AMD's new headquarters building is a six-story building with a 20,000-square-meter building that is part of the nearly 160,000-square-foot Plaza Santa Clara. Interestingly, about 800 meters across the road from AMD's new headquarters is Intel's headquarter. Intel, Dell, Qualcomm and other tech giants are also home here, not far from Apple and Google.
