On February 7, 2018, A-DATA introduced a SATA 7-pin storage device, ISMS331, for desktops, minicomputers, and industrial computers. The memory size is very small, only the size of an ordinary USB flash drive.
The so-called SATA 7-pin means that the Power (15-pin) pin is removed from the original Data (7 pin) + Power (15 pin) SATA mode, leaving only the Data (7 pin) section.
The ISMS331 memory has both SLC and MLC flash types, with a 4 to 32 GB capacity for the former flash type memory and 8 to 128 GB capacity for the latter flash type memory.
In terms of read speed, the SLC model reads and writes at 260MB / s, MLC models read and write at 300 / 180MB / s, and can withstand temperatures from -40 ° C to + 90 ° C with 5% to 95% Humidity to meet the demanding requirements of industrial applications.
