Prior to joining UltraSoc, Aileen served as a strategic advisor and head of ecosystem development at Huawei Technologies to provide strategic advice to the telecommunications industry.Aileen's successful careers include software engineering, operations and strategic management of various companies Including Huawei, TM Forum, Motorola and Alcatel.
Aileen's reputation and experience are widely recognized and often referred to: Last year she won the top 25 science and technology leaders in Ireland's award-winning awards by the international media, Silicon Republic. Aileen is also Editorial Advisory Member for publications such as VanillaPlus and IOTNow ; He is also a frequent speaker and presenter at various events around the world.
