Liu Qiangdong, chairman and chief executive officer of Jingdong Group, issued an internal mail announcing that Jingdong Mall will set up a business group of large consumer electronics businesses, an electronic entertainment business group and a lifestyle business group and will appoint Wang Xiaosong, Yan Xiaobing and Hu Shengli as the three major businesses Group president and promoted to Jingdong Group senior vice president.
Liu Qiang East said in an internal mail, in order to serve the changing needs of customers and open the ecosystem, Jingdong organizations need to become more flexible and agile, a building block organization, and the structure adjustment is to comply with the strategic demand.
