Old Computer Gospel! Mushkin two SSDs released: up to 565MB / s

At CES 2018, Mushkin, a foreign storage vendor, demonstrated a solid-state drive based on the PCI-E interface. In addition, two SSDs based on the M.2 interface and SATA interface were released-Triactor 3DL and Triactor 3DX.

Both hard drives feature Hui-Rong master and 3D TLC NAND flash memory, with four storage capacities of 120GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB and a three-year warranty.

Triactor 3DL M.2 2280 design specifications, the main control model Hui Rong SM2258XT, not equipped with DRAM cache, while Triactor 3DL walk SATA channel, the maximum bandwidth of 6Gbps.

Triactor 3DL has a continuous read speed of 550MB / s, a continuous write speed of 505MB / s, a random 4k read IOPS of 73000 and a random 4k write IOPS of 80000. In addition, it also supports LDPC, ECC error correction and equalization Wear algorithm.

Another Triactor 3DX is a traditional 2.5-inch design, the main chip is the Hui Rong SM2258, with a DRAM cache and supports AES encryption.

The Triactor 3DX has a continuous read speed of 565MB / s, a continuous write speed of 530MB / s, a random 4k read IOPS of 100000, and a random 4k write IOPS of 91000.

The current two product prices and the specific listing date are not released, but it is noteworthy that, according to the official said the two products are positioned entry-level, designed to be compatible with more old PC, so the price should not be too expensive.
