Asus to show portable OLED at CES | Display: 21.6-inch 4K screen

Prior to CES, ASUS announced the launch of ProArt PQ22UC, a portable 21.6-inch 4K display that ASUS officially demonstrated at CES on January 10.

It uses a Japanese OLED panel produced by JOLED, which is different from the screen currently produced by the 'vapor deposition' technology commonly used in Korean displays, both by heating the display material to attach it to a glass substrate. Japan uses a 'printed' Inkjet printing will display material printed on the glass substrate) technology production, it is said that this is also the world's first use of this panel products.

In addition to 4K resolution, this monitor delivers up to 1000000: 1 contrast and 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut commonly used for cinema projection and HDR-10 support.

Of course, since positioning is a portable monitor, the weight must not be too heavy, but in fact, ASUS did not let us down, this monitor weighs only 1 kg, and the bracket can also be removed to fold, it is very portable.

Interface, the body provides two USB Type-C ports and a mini HDMI port, enough to meet the daily needs.

ProArt PQ22UC will be on sale later, but the price information has not yet announced, but given its 4K resolution and super light weight, certainly not too cheap.
