WPG Topsun launches total solution for wireless charging based on Semtech products

January 9, 2018, United Technologies Corporation, a leading distributor of semiconductor components dedicated to the Asia-Pacific market, announced that its Quanti introduced a total solution for wireless charging based on Semtech products that meets industry standards And internal standard systems for direct and indirect charging applications.

The TSWITX-5V-2RX-EVM evaluation module in the Semtech product-based wireless charging overall solution from DaLian Daquan is a ready-to-use demonstration platform capable of testing about 1W of wireless power transmission. The system operates at 1MHz The transmitter will form a complete wireless power transfer system when used with its compatible receiver module Semtech TSWIRX-5V2-EVM. The TSWITX-5V-2RX-EVM can operate with two TSWIRX-5V2-EVMs simultaneously.

The key EVM technology is the Semtech TS80002 and TS61005 high-efficiency integrated circuits. The TS80002 control system implements the wireless power transfer protocol, while the TS61005 is a MOSFET driver that powers the transmitter antenna.
