One user even recorded a video trying to restore the phone and the video showed no sign of his effort.Many affected users also tried replacing multiple charging wires and trying to restart an unresponsive phone in safe mode but most Man did not succeed.
Fortunately, Samsung responded by saying that a Samsung Forum owner named SamsungMel advised users to replace the flawed cell phone during the warranty period and said 'The special problem that Note8 does not turn on is definitely us Need immediate solution '.
It is not yet clear how much the Galaxy Note8 issue will have, but Samsung is definitely hoping to find out why and fix it as soon as possible to ease user concerns about the battery.
