The circular pointed out that in order to limit the content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in coatings sold and used in Shenzhen, effectively control the emissions of VOCs from the coating sources and improve the atmospheric environment in Shenzhen City, Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration The committee has formulated the technical specification for low-volatile organic compounds (SZJG54-2017) (Appendix 1) of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, which was released on December 21, 2017 with the approval of the municipal government.
