Photovoltaic manufacturer Solar Frontier has created a new record of 22.9% efficiency in thin-film solar cells and the company has partnered with Japan's Agency for Research and Development's New Energy Industry Technology Development Agency (NEDO) to create this on a 1-cm 2 solar cell A result.
