China Light Industry Economic Operation and Forecasting and Early Warning System Monitoring showed that the mild plastic sentiment index was 89.52 in October 2017, down 0.2 point from September. At present, the plastic sentiment index has been running in the gradually decreasing range of blue for three months in a row.
