From January to November 2017, private investment in fixed assets reached 34.4143 trillion yuan, up 5.7% year-on-year and 0.1 percentage point lower than that in January-October. The share of private investment in fixed assets in the national investment in fixed assets excluding farm households was 60.5%, down 0.1% from January-October.
In terms of regions, private investment in fixed assets in the eastern region reached 160.478 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2% over the same period of previous year. The growth rate was unchanged from January to October. In the central region, the figure was 9,959.3 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1%, a deceleration of 0.3 percentage point; that of the western region was 680.7 billion yuan , An increase of 4.3%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points; that of northeast China was 200.3 billion yuan, up 0.3%, and from January to October, a decrease of 3%.
In terms of industries, the private sector investment in fixed assets in the primary industry was 1,541.2 billion yuan, up 14% over the same period of last year, a deceleration of 1.6 percentage points over the first ten months of October. The secondary industry was 17,007.9 billion yuan, up 3.2% Unchanged; the tertiary industry 1.66265 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.6%, growth rate down 0.1 percentage points.
In the secondary industry, the investment in fixed assets by private industrialists reached 16.8911 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.4% over the same period of the previous year, a decrease of 0.1 percentage point from the figure in the first 10 months, of which, mining reached 455.8 billion yuan, down by 19.3% from the same period of last year, an increase of 0.5 percentage point; Manufacturing 15.3793 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.1%, the growth rate and January-October flat; electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry 1,056 billion yuan, an increase of 5.8% growth rate down 1.2 percentage points.

1, the indicator explained
Private investment in fixed assets refers to domestic-owned enterprises and institutions with collective, private and individual properties as well as investment in the construction or purchase of fixed assets in the territory of the People's Republic of China by enterprises controlled by it (including absolute control and relative control).
2, the statistical range
The statistical range of private investment in fixed assets is determined according to the type of business registration and holding and the holding status of the fixed assets investment unit, including:
(1) Investment in fixed assets of a purely private entity such as a collective registered in the industrial and commercial department, a shareholding cooperative entity, a private sole proprietorship, a private partnership, a privately-owned limited liability company, an individual enterprise or an individual partnership;
(2) The total investment in fixed assets of collectives, private individuals and individual investment holding entities registered in the industrial and commercial registered hybrid economy.
3, the survey method
Private investment in fixed assets is part of investment in fixed assets, the survey method consistent with the statistical reports of fixed assets investment, monthly comprehensive survey (January data exemption).
4, East, Central, West and Northeast division
The eastern region includes 10 provinces (cities) including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Guangdong and Hainan. The central region includes 6 provinces including Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan. Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang. The northeastern region includes Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
