Efficient motor energy-saving retrofitting is the third contract energy management project of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company, mainly replacing 445 high-powered and backward-consuming electromechanical equipment motors. The newly replaced motors are all energy-saving products included in the energy-efficient products Huimin Project High Efficiency Motor Promotion Catalog. The project is responsible for the full investment, program design, procurement, construction and maintenance of the electrical equipment by China Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. participates in the equipment acceptance and operation management, and CSG shares the energy-saving benefit according to the government energy-saving subsidy and third-party energy saving audit report.
Earlier this year, Guangzhou Petrochemical Power Division in the eight new motor out of the box acceptance test, found that some of the motor leads without full insulation sleeve, configure the fan does not meet the requirements and other issues, does not meet the technical agreement signed by the three parties. To ensure the safety of the project implementation, Guangzhou Petrochemical launched a comprehensive investigation and rectification of the problem.

In early July, leaders of Guangzhou Petrochemical Power Division repeatedly negotiated with the project leader of China Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. to stop the motor of the shutdown device during the overhaul period. During the period, Power Division and China Southern Power Grid commissioned by the construction unit detailed docking of the implementation of the motor dismantling inspection progress, maintenance of quality supervision and implementation of the plan to update the motor to complete the heavy re-install 177 sets of motors and other updates. After the motor update, Guangzhou Petrochemical by Taiwan Do three levels of confirmation and stand-alone trial work to ensure that the new motor put into operation in good condition.
In November, the construction of high-efficiency motor energy-saving construction reached a peak. The power division organized the construction units and the operation departments to fully connect with each other, determined the implementation plan ahead of schedule, and coordinated and adjusted the implementation arrangements in a timely manner to maintain an average of eight units / day and festivals. On the basis of doing a good job of checking the quality of the arrival of the new motor, the Power Division implemented the on-site acceptance and 72-hour special maintenance of the motor according to the requirements of "three-level confirmation." It is understood that, after the implementation of energy efficiency contract for energy-efficient electric motor (Phase III) contract, the estimated annual energy saving during the project sharing period is expected to be 1.3646 million kWh, and the estimated annual energy saving benefit is 925,200 yuan.
