According to Amazon's website, people spend a lot of time dealing with chores today, such as dialing into a conference call, managing personal calendars or searching for information, and some office technology designed to keep employees productive is often more burdensome. Alexa for Business provides employees with the ability to interact through voice and device, not only to start a conference call, to manage the backlog, to call, but also to inform it of equipment maintenance.
