Ink Economy Department issued a public notice on December 5, 2017 to impose a preliminary anti-dumping investigation on metal-plastic plastic balloons originating in China. The measures are as follows:
A tax of 37.8 USD / kg will be imposed on metal film plastic balloons originating from China's national tariff headings 9503.00.23 and 9505.90.99.
Stakeholders may submit defensive material to the Ministry of Economy within 20 working days from the announcement date (before 14:00).
