In the third installment of 2017, a total of 29 batch processing centers (including CNC milling machines) produced by 29 enterprises in 11 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Hebei, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Shandong, )product.
The spot checks based on GB 15760-2004 "metal cutting machine tools safety general technical conditions", GB 5226.1-2008 "mechanical and electrical safety machinery and electrical equipment Part 1: General technical conditions", GB 18568-2001 "machining center security technical conditions "And other standards, the processing center (including CNC milling machine) winding and entangled product risk, limit devices, anti-loose devices, abnormal stop, interlock protection, clamping devices, safety devices, start, stop, Emergency Stop, Mode Selection, Splash, Safe and Reliable Control System, Power Switch, Protective Coupling Circuit, Insulation Test, Voltage Withstand Test, Overcurrent Protection, Motor Overheat Protection, Shock Protection, Noise, Geometric Accuracy, Leakage, Temperature and Temperature L up 24 items were tested.
Spot checks found that 2 batches of products do not meet the standards, related to the mode selection, circuit protection protection circuit. Specific results of the test in Table 1-40.
