Recently, "Mobile Government Service Report (2017) - Innovations and Challenges" released by Sun Yat-sen University recently showed that in the past year, a total of 514 government affairs APPs were provided in 70 large and medium-sized cities across the country. Taking 'Brush Face' technology as an example, the report shows that at present, more than 40 cities across the country have already launched 'brush face government affairs' covering the service categories including searching for provident funds, paying traffic tickets and declaring a single tax.
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said that Internet + government services will achieve greater scope of opening-up and cooperation based on the connection, provide accurate supply and enhance digital service capability, and boost the government service from 'network end' to 'cloud end'.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will support information technology service companies and industry application enterprises to deepen cooperation and improve the technical standard system, meanwhile, improve the security system of 'Internet + government service' and improve the safety protection capability.
