Third Quarter 2017 GPU Shipments Report: PC Games Drive Growth

In the past few months, PC makers have seen a lot of good news from video game makers. According to research conducted by Jon Pebbdie Research on AIB manufacturers, the average growth rate of the industry in the last ten years was about 14.4% Reaching 29.1% in Q3 2017. There are currently 48 AIB partners (including OEMs and consumer markets), and although Nvidia and AMD are still the two largest vendors in the GPU market, the former is in a much better position.

In the second quarter of this year, the digital money mining industry helped boost GPU sales for the quarter; by the third quarter, its influence had weakened considerably as PC games ushered in strong growth.

As E-sports is gaining popularity, more and more consumers are beginning to take an interest in creating a purpose-built gaming PC. Both OEMs and custom PC makers are offering more Significant (rather than the new collection was) models.

In the significantly independent market, Nvidia's advantage is still obvious. The 'Green Label' has exclusive 72.8% share in the third quarter, while the 'Red Label competitor' AMD dropped from 30.3% in the second quarter to 27.2% in the third quarter, .

All in all, if the game boom persists, then alone vendors will also be coming to see a good revenue report.Although the concept of virtual reality and augmented reality has been crazed, but its adoption rate is relatively limited.
