In terms of industries, the service industry's business activity index was 53.6%, slightly up by 0.1 percentage point from the previous month and staying above 53.5% for three consecutive months in a booming economy. The new order index was 51.8%, up 0.7ppts from the previous month, above the critical point, indicating steady growth in the non-manufacturing market. Input price index was 56.2%, an increase of 1.9 percentage points from the previous month and above the critical point, indicating that the overall level of input prices of non-manufacturing enterprises engaged in operating activities rose even more. In terms of industries, the input index of service input prices At 54.9%, up 1.8 percentage points from the previous month and the price index on construction inputs was 63.9%, up 2.5 percentage points from the previous month.
The sales price index was 52.8%, up 1.2 percentage points from the previous month and above the critical point, indicating an overall increase in the non-manufacturing sales price. According to the industry, the service industry sales price index was 52.5%, up from the previous month 1.4 percentage points. The construction industry sales price index was 54.8%, slightly up 0.2% from the previous month.
The index for employed persons was 49.2%, down 0.2 percentage point from the previous month and still below the critical point, indicating a decrease in the number of non-manufacturing employees. According to the industry, the index of service industry practitioners was 48.5%, down 0.1 from the previous month A percentage point.The construction industry practitioners index was 53.6%, unchanged from the previous month.
The index for business activities is expected to be 61.6%, up 1.0% from the previous month and staying within the high end of 60.0%. According to the industry perspective, the index for business activities in service industry was 60.9%, up 0.8% from the previous month. The expected index of business activities was 65.6%, up 2.4 percentage points from the previous month.

2. Survey area

3. Method of investigation
Non-manufacturing purchasing managers survey using PPS (Probability Proportional to Size) sampling method, the non-manufacturing industry as a class, the sample size of the industry added value of all non-manufacturing value added weight distribution, the use of samples and The main business income of enterprises in proportion to the probability of extraction.
The investigation was carried out by the investigation team directly under the State Statistics Bureau. Monthly survey was conducted on the purchasing managers of the enterprises by using the national statistical networking direct reporting system.
4. Calculation method
Non-manufacturing Purchasing Managers Questionnaires covered 10 questions, such as total business volume, new orders (business requirements), export orders, inventories, input prices, sales prices, employees, supplier delivery time, and expected business activities. The diffusion index is calculated separately for each question, which is the percentage of firms that answered positively plus half the percentage that answered the same.
Season adjustment
The Purchasing Manager Survey is a monthly survey that is subject to seasonal factors and has volatile data, and the non-manufacturing PMI indices released are all seasonally adjusted data.
