According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, Nanning Customs has investigated and prosecuted 4 cases of smuggling of foreign rubbish, involving 2,997.62 tons of goods, including smuggling of solid waste, smuggling of zinc oxide powder and smuggling of old gauze; 3 cases of 'rubbish smuggling' 32.38 tons of goods involved; 35 cases of foreign rubbish violations and 28,900 tons of goods involved. The goods involved were zinc oxide powder, silver concentrate, scale and zinc leaching residue.
From the seizure of ports of investigation, Fangcheng Customs seized 19 cases and 18,000 tons of goods involved. Qinzhou Customs seized 5 cases and 9,337.81 tons of goods involved. Customs seized 5 of the Qinzhou Bonded Port Area Customs, 1413.86 tons of goods involved and Wuzhou Customs seized 5 cases, 218.4 tons of goods involved.
The smuggling of 'foreign litter' is extremely harmful.
