USPS has launched its own virtual reality (VR) application, but the app has absolutely nothing to do with the post office or the mail, which leaves many confused because the application itself involves kayaking. The application list shows it Posted by the United States Postal Service.
This app is called 'USPS® VR' and is listed under the same U.S. Postal Service account as the USPS Mobile, Informed Delivery, and Health Connect apps.
According to the application description, the USPS® VR application allows the downloader to 'experience mailing in a whole new way ...' and finally, 'an interactive shopping experience for the OPT1 Rap Adventure'.
