On November 11, Zhenhai Refining & Petrochemical Online Chromatograph successfully put into operation in the third hydrogenation unit of refinery, effectively meeting the online real-time monitoring requirements of raw material quality and providing a solid guarantee for the quality of aviation coal product.
Before the set of on-line colorimetric analyzer is put into use, the three hydrogenated raw materials are all confirmed by on-site sampling and analysis by laboratory personnel, and the test period needs 6-8 hours, which affects the real-time monitoring of raw material quality by operators. An urgent need to become a triple hydrogenation unit.
Technical research team coordinated the domestic instrument manufacturers, called a set of online colorimetric analyzer for testing, using a regular, aviation and other devices jet fuel, diesel and other media for online analyzer measurements and manual sampling of laboratory value comparison, and with different proportions The mixed oil was analyzed by an analyzer to measure the reaction trend test, and the online colorimetric instrument was finally put into operation in the third hydrogenation unit.
After a week of operation and observation, the new analyzer fully meets the requirements of quality control of raw materials and effectively prevents the pollution of aviation coal products caused by the abnormal appearance of raw materials.
