PSA Peugeot Citroën announced the cooperation with Huawei to develop interconnected automotive systems

SAN FRANCISCO, Beijing November 15 morning news, PSA Peugeot Citroen announced that it has reached a new cooperation agreement with Huawei to jointly develop a secure interconnected car system.

Gilles Le Borgne, head of Peugeot Citroen Engineering, said: 'We are going to work with Huawei on the Connected Car Development Platform.'

PSA Peugeot Citroen said the new services developed by both companies include remote vehicle diagnostics, wireless software upgrades, and car sharing capabilities. The first new service will be launched in Europe and China next year.
