November 14, HTC VIVE Developer Summit held in Beijing, where HTC launched VIVE WAVE VR open platform, and released the VR one machine Vive Focus.
Designed for the mass market, Vive Focus is a device built on the VIVE WAVE VR open platform, featuring ready-to-wear, easy-to-use, comfortable to wear and easy to carry features and is the first to use inside-out tracking technology that supports six degrees of freedom (6DoF), high-end VR all-in-one products that can realize world-scale positioning.
Equipped with a high-resolution AMOLED display powered by the Snapdragon Snapdragon 835 mobile VR platform, Vive Focus runs without the need for a mobile phone or external device, and can be used in classrooms, VR movies, social simulators and more.
The VIVE WAVE VR open platform, it is learned that including Ikki Arts, Storm Mirror, the bird to see the small camp technology, Skyworth cool open, Hisense poly look, a joint venture, billion virtual environment, IDEALENS virtual world, Nubian, 360 handsets and Quanta Computer's 12 hardware partners expressed their will to integrate Vive Wave and the corresponding VIVEPOR open content platform in future products.
