Released 8 new products | Germany Klass shock Hannover

Host Claas is the focus of each session

At the 2017 Hanover International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, CLAAS, one of the hosts, brought a full line of products and released eight new products to be released to the market.

This is the perfect place for Klas to demonstrate its strength and shape its brand. More than 400,000 spectators from around the world will appreciate the innovations made by harvest experts in other product areas in recent years.

The Claes can be described as portrait interpretation, exhibited products include harvesting machines, tractors, forage machinery, loading and unloading of transport machinery and other categories, the total number of products on display nearly a hundred models.

Including the combination of harvesters, including LEXION Series 660, 780, AERO Series 240, TUCANO Series 560 and other products.

Tractors include XERION series 5000, ARION 420, 530, 630, 660, 930, AXION 870, AXION 960 and more.

Haymaking machines include the JAGUAR Series 870, Model 960, TORION silage harvesters; mowing and flattening machines, pasture balers, bale wrap machines and rake machines.

Bale wrap machine

Among the products on display are the largest LEXION 780 combine harvester with a power of 460kW (625hp) and a grain tank capacity of 13500L, equipped with the CEMOS AUTO THRESHING system, which won the gold medal at the show.

The largest XERION 5000 tractor with a power rating of 390kW (530hp), the AXION 960 half track full suspension tractor and the JAGUAR 960 tracked silage harvester.

During the show, Hermann Lohbeck, Claas CEO and Spokesman, unveiled to the industry eight new products coming to the market.

Section 1 Full suspension half crawler walking system TERRA TRAC

AXION 900 Semi-Track Full Suspension Tractor with Full Suspension Half-Track System for Soil Protection

In order to reduce soil compaction and protect the soil, Klas has applied all-rubber crawlers to combine harvesters 30 years ago and has since never ceased to make any technical innovations in crawler systems.

The launch of the TERRA TRAC system, which can be applied to JAGUAR forage harvesters and AXION large tractors, is mounted on a harvester to reduce soil pressure by 66% over wheel harvesters, with a smooth frontal attachment guide and Excellent directional stability; high slope stability.

Installed on the tractor, the comfort significantly improved, with greater ground contact area, in the field and the road during high-speed stability better.

The AXION 900 tractor to which this system was applied has therefore also received the silver prize for exhibition innovation.

Section 2 large vehicle alarm system

The system is the first road safety system to provide networked vehicles and truck drivers with the location and condition of agricultural vehicles on the road ahead, marking an important milestone for Corus in road safety, which won the Exhibition Silver Award.

Section 3 ARION 400 series tractors

The tractors feature a transparent sunroof, an award-winning panoramic cab, and a low-roof model that is 14cm lower than conventional products for easy access to low-rise construction operations. The wide-angle mirror features rear-view mirrors that expand the driver's field of vision.

Optional automatic air conditioning system; optional CIS + system, including CIS color display, hydraulic equipment package, 110L / min load sensing system and up to 6 electronic slide valve.

Silage harvester

This new accessory includes two pick-ups and one DIRECT DISC.

The new pick-up can be equipped with hangers to adapt to the ground profile, equipped with a high-speed transfer system for optimal crop flow, and the new DIRECT DISC for optimal crop flow in short and medium crops.

Section 5 front-end loader products

Since 2009, Claes has introduced front-end loader products and has sold a total of 15,000 tractors with front-end loaders. The launch of this range of loader products includes a new generation of front-end loaders and new introductions FL E Series Front Loaders.

This new series of loaders is retrofitted on a 33.1-88.2kW (45-120hp) tractor with or with optional mechanical / hydraulic self-leveling mechanism, vibration dampening system, fully automatic fitlock system and bucket automatic return system.

Section 6: New SCORPION Telescopic Handlers

SCORPION Telescopic Handler 11033

The new telescopic boom lift capacity increased to 3.2 ~ 5.6t; driver assistance system to improve driving comfort and work efficiency; the use of new dynamic cooling airflow system.

Configuration of the unloading board, 360-degree panoramic cab and smart loading system, etc., to improve safety and reliability.

Section 7 TORION series agricultural wheel loaders

This series of loaders is an agricultural loader developed to meet the needs of agricultural transportation and material handling in 3 different categories. Equipped with Klass's electric drive system, the central joint / swivel joints ensure driving stability.

Intelligent Loading The advanced driver assistance system brings together all of the systems to optimize machine operation, with practical additional features that reduce the workload of the driver and help to increase efficiency.

Section 8 new intelligent push bucket system

The pusher bucket system is mounted on the loader and replaces the traditional tip-tip machine. The core component is a removable rear panel that pushes the material out rather than tipping through the hydraulics to unload the material, Large top height, suitable for many farms use a full range of vehicles.

Such as mixed-feed trucks or boom trucks, etc. The use of intelligent push bucket system can take full advantage of the vehicle's carrying capacity, and its need for reduced space, more convenient operation in low-rise buildings.
