As of November 3, 2017, at 17:00 on November 3, 2017, all four units of the 4 × 12MW Turbine Generator Expansion Project owned by Hetu Power Plant in Mongolia for its own power plant passed the 72-hour reliability test. The operation of the unit is stable and the parameters meet the requirements, and the power generation meets the production requirements issued by the State Grid of Mongolia. This marks the completion of the construction of 4 units of this project.
Mongolia's Erdengte project is the landmark project of the Belt and Road Initiative of China and Mongolia and the first general contracting project to be constructed by Ha-Ha International in Mongolia. Ha-Ha International is based on 'Building a Power Plant and Building a Monument for Trees' Concept of the project to overcome the language construction in the process of winter transport, human resources and many other difficulties ahead of completion of the project civil engineering, installation, system commissioning work for the smooth grid power generation laid a solid foundation and won the owners of a high degree of trust and The project 4 units in two batches entered the 72-hour reliability test run in two batches at 17:00 on October 30, 2017 and at 17:00 on October 31 to test the timing of the reliability test run.Heart International and the construction units, including the owners, every day Twenty-four hours on duty, closely monitoring the unit's operating parameters to ensure safe and reliable operation of the unit, and successfully passed the full load test run assessment.

The successful completion of 4 units in Mongolia's Erdente project has laid a solid foundation for Haiti International to further develop Mongolia's electricity market and contributed Haadian power to the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative of our country.
Construction of the Erdende project in Mongolia was officially started in May 2016; all civil works, installation and system commissioning work completed in August 2017 with grid-connected power generation conditions; and on October 26, 2017, the first and second units Grid power generation and the third and fourth generating units are connected to the grid on October 28, 2017. At present, the project has become the third largest power plant project in Mongolia. In order to promote the economic corridor construction in China, Mongolia and Russia, and promote the economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia Cooperation is of great significance.
