With the global cloud infrastructure services market increasingly competitive, many of the industry's revenue growth has been higher than Amazon's AWS, but the current AWS revenue is still significantly higher than other businesses. The latest data from the research institute, Synergy, show that the overall cloud infrastructure services market, including infrastructure services (IaaS), Platform Services (PaaS) and private cloud hosting services, has increased by more than 40% in the 3rd quarter to $12 billion. While Microsoft (Microsoft), Google, Alibaba and Oracle (Oracle) cloud infrastructure services revenue rose at a higher annual rate than Amazon AWS (42%), the industry's revenues still lag behind AWS. Data show that the 3rd quarter of Amazon AWS Revenue, About 35% of the world's cloud infrastructure services market is higher than the total revenue of the second to sixth-largest industry. As a result, Microsoft's revenue in the cloud infrastructure services market is still significantly lower than Amazon's AWS, even though it is called a crown in the SaaS market. Amazon's AWS still reigns in the cloud infrastructure services market, but that does not mean Amazon is safe. Andy Jassy, executive of Amazon's AWS unit, said there would be no permanent success in the market. As Microsoft's business continues to expand and grow, the company is expected to become the main competitor of Amazon's AWS. Amazon reported that although AWS revenues accounted for about 10% of the company's total revenue, the annual increase in AWS revenue in the past 11 quarters was more than 40% per cent, the highest in the business.
