KFC introduced the K / KP Torque Shear Nut in August, a torsionally managed nut to prevent human error.
Since the resin cap slips off idly when the specified torque is reached, it is possible to visually check the fastening operation, which is expected to be widely used in infrastructures and related reinforcements.
The product is designed with a two-component construction that covers the resin cap over the anti-loosening nut, and the user uses an impact wrench to tighten from the top of the resin cap until the cap reaches a specified torque. So quickly with the naked eye can tell if there are any mistakes.
