Zhou Ming Technology recently became the headlines of major LED layout.According to the news, Chau Ming Technology has invested 60 million in Zhongming signed the "About Rose Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen share transfer agreement."

The specific announcement shows that Chau Ming Technology Co., Ltd. intends to transfer 100% equity of Shenzhen Rosa Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rosa Technology) held by the above transferor for RMB 60 million by its own funds and bank loans. The equity transfer is completed, the company will hold 100% stake in Rose Technology, Rose Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
