The Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China were reviewed according to the relevant regulations and decided to conduct anti-dumping investigation on imported ethanolamine originating in the above-mentioned countries since October 30, 2017.
The survey, which began on October 30, 2017, should normally be completed by October 30, 2018, and may be extended to 30 April 2019 on special circumstances.
